I won't return although I live just near downtown Minneapolis. Today I walked in and had a Lunds bag on my shoulder. I'm presuming the crabby old woman (I'm 63) thought I was going to steal something. She approaches me and yells in my face, "Can I help you with something?" I told her, rather brusquely, in response, "I am just looking." There is a way to approach customers and a way to not approach them. What a friendly group of employees! The ladies were very eager to help and answer each of our questions. They made great suggestions and offered deep insight to the city.
What an exceptional Visitor Center!! Kat was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful. She helped fine tune our trip itinerary and gave some excellent suggestions that we are so glad we followed! The shop itself has amazing assortment of brochures, art and some wonderful local souviners Stopping by the Minneapolis Visitor Center should be everyone's first stop when visiting this amazing city!!
So nice and helpful. Got all the maps we needed. We bought some cute merch, and helped with the puzzle. Loved it
