The place is a dump and they never do anything to maintain the grounds of the property, dont take my word for it just go there anytime after it snowed, a good example would be the day after a snow storm and nothing is plowed and until everything melts it will all freeze over and end up as a big ice rink. Everywhere else in rome the apts are plowed but not this place.

I dont know what this "ohyeah" person is talking about sounds like a grudge to me...Since they made a point to post on evryone else comments. I haved lived there for many years and had no problems. It is a very clean envrioment with friendly management. I recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable apartment in rome. Plus it is centrally located and close to everything in Rome
I recently moved into one of these apartments and I love it. All of the apartments are nice. Management is very flexible. The grounds are taken care of. Your neighbors and others within the community are pleasant. Overall, it is a decent place to live and I definitely recommend it to everyone.

I have lived here for almost three years. The rent is reasonable and I have had no problems. The community is well taken care of and the management staff is very nice.
