I've used Mohawk's service department many times over the last 3 years. Generally it's a very negative experience. When work requires a follow up, it never happens. Employees and management are always too busy to help you. I've got to find another Chevy service department...

Karley is great at her job, she was very informed on the Equinox EV and all it's features, she and staff went out of their way to make this sale as painless as possible. All the staff went up and above the call for my wife and I and we really appreciate everything that was done. We will recommend Mohawk Chevrolet to anyone that is looking to purchase a GM product.
