I had the worst experience at this dealership. I will not be going back for anything!!! I will get service done at a different location. I was told that I didn't need to bring any further paperwork since I had already filled out a credit app online and submitted pay check stubs prior. I had been told by my salesman that it was no money down just my trade in to purchase the 2022 Chevrolet Trax that I wanted. I got there at 5:45pm and waited until almost 9pm to be able to leave. Emilie was a pleasure to work with! Made things easy and was fun to talk too not just business and go vibe!
Do not buy from them or they will never stop calling . We purchased a Silverado from them 5 years ago and they haven't stopped calling for a buy back. It used to be every now and then but now they call almost every week. We are both retired, living on a fixed income and have asked them numerous times that we were not interested and to stop calling. I love my Chevys but I will never purchase from them again.
