I was happy to walk out with my car with the help of the employees there (specially Jose). They went beyond to approve and I will recommend this to my friends and family.
The service department did a great job explaining what was needed, costs and options for my vehicle.
Jose followed up on all my requests. Sales Mgr supported Jose in finalizing sale. Car has very nice performance & options at a fair price.
Dealing with Mohawk Chevrolet has been nothing short of a nightmare. We brought in our Z21 Tahoe because it wouldn’t reverse. We were told the part we needed was common issue with Tahoes and Silverados and it was on backorder. We were initially told it would be about 4 to 6 weeks, but they weren’t sure. We asked if they had any loaner/courtesy cars and they told us all 13 were all out being used.
