The attendant was very rude and offensive! Told me if I don't like it wash somewhere else really!! No voice of reason. Don't wash here during the week I have never felt so disrespected.The customer service is very poor!

I have used this laundromat for years. It has gone downhill in the last couple of years. It used to be 5 stars. While some are complaining about it looks like inside I don't care about that. I care that the washers and dryers work and that the restroom is unlocked and works. You need to feel the doors on the dryers that are in use to see which ones get hot and which ones only get warm (check to see what setting the people have chosen though).
