I walk past Mohawk on my way home from work. Normally it's fine, occasionally have to wait for an ambulance to pass but, that's to be expected. This time as I'm walking past there were a bunch of drivers standing outside. I'm minding my own business and all of a sudden a stick comes flying at me. Luckily whoever threw it had terrible aim and ended up missing me but, really? I was picked up for a dislocated shoulder at about 12:15am. Thankfully, they were not blasting the siren and didn't wake my neighbors. I felt extremely safe in their care and like the EMS actually cared about me as a person
I Keep getting phone calls from a collection agency. In regards to mohawk ambulance trying to build me for services. I never received mohawk ambulance was called by my doctor's office. Since they wouldn't take me to It. The Catholic hospital and I try to explain to him. That I'm am roman Catholic. I have no choice but go to the Catholic hospital. If I could give 0 stars I would. Back in 2020 I was struggling significantly with my health. Mohawk ambulance service was the one dispatched to my home at the time. They had an EMS worker named Hannah. She told my partner at the time to get ahold of my medical records. She accused me of being psychosomatic in terms of my symptoms. Turns out I had endometriosis and it explained my symptoms at the time. This ambulance service treated me so poorly whenever I needed medical attention.
