First time in an ambulance. They were all very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and so much more. I was very impressed . They put me at ease with how much concern they showed for my well being.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Back in 2020 I was struggling significantly with my health. Mohawk ambulance service was the one dispatched to my home at the time. They had an EMS worker named Hannah. She told my partner at the time to get ahold of my medical records. She accused me of being psychosomatic in terms of my symptoms. Turns out I had endometriosis and it explained my symptoms at the time. This ambulance service treated me so poorly whenever I needed medical attention. Hats off to Mohawk Ambulance! My elderly mother was discharged from Albany Medical Center to home. On the way to her home she became extremely short of breath. Mohawk ambulance took her to an E.R. where she was admitted to I.C.U with COVID and anemia. My mother feels they were her guardian angels! They stayed with her to make sure she was seen to right away!
I am a family member of someone that was transported by Mohawk Ambulance. It was refreshing that 3 of the crew members took the time to care and were so concerned with his condition that they thought he was not ready to be discharged and brought him back to the hospital.
