I have been at Mohave Manor for 2 almost 3 months and have been under AZ 1st for close to 2 years this October and they are amazing and responsive to the tenants and making sure the property is cleaned and everything is working and they are extremely responsible if something gets damaged they will replace it. Tbh I wish they would switch from swamp coolers to actually central air and heat which will be okay but the complex needs a new face lift maybe a light brown body with a white body on the trim and balcony and replace th... read more

Small, quiet complex in nice neighborhood. Pool and laundry on site. Management team is responsive.
