If I could give negative stars I would!! Worst ever!!! Don’t send your kids here or to the diamond house, which is part of this clinic for troubled teens. The staff members in the house act like teenagers and make situations worst. Diamond house is a place for troubled teens, but when the staff is troubled too, how’s that to help? If I could give a -5 I would have given it. I really wish I would have read the reviews! But when you’re in a mental health crisis you don’t stop to think about that. I went there knowing I was struggling as the meds I should have been taken were by a Colorado DR so I couldn’t get them here. These people took my suffering then asked for 195$ not telling me what it was for, she only said “the plan” I assumed it was for a few appts. Do not trust this place.
Tried to get therapy with them. My health insurance says that I’m covered yet. The lady kept telling me I would have to pay out-of-pocket and didn’t wanna listen to me. I struggle with addiction and have been trying to get therapy for years now and every time I go trying to get help from people. I’m always turned away. I’m so glad that our mental health people care more about money than the actual person needing help.
