Doctor is good; PA’s are usually who one sees. Billing office found 5-1/2 year old bills never mentioned to me prior to 2026 and now I must pay before allowed future services.
Mohanty is came and went before I could recognize him
Awful
Dr. Mohanty has too many patients and uses PA's. I have only spoken to Dr. Mohanty twice in 5 years. His phone system is terrible. You can spend 30 minutes on hold and get cut off when you become #1. You call his Medical Staff and they do. not return phone cals. When you ask Dr. Mohanty about these issues, his excuse is that he can not hire capable people. He gets the worse rating of any of the radiologists on the United Healthcare site. I just had a Heart CT scan and can not get an appointment to get the results.
I am alive today because of Dr Mohanty‘s knowledge, dedication and compassion to me. I was declared. CLINICALLY DECEASED at Palm Beach Gardens Hospital, after being shocked five times with the defibrillator paddles in over a half hour. With negative results. from cardiac arrest. Dr Mohanty arrived at the emergency room after I was last shocked around 9:00PM. I was brought out of a coma three days later and recovered after an implanted pacemaker/defibrillator. When do you actually get to see the Doctor???
Not a patient friendly practice. I?ve had ongoing issues getting call backs from his assistant Melissa and NEVER get notified of any test results, including both a stress test and a CT scan, from almost a year ago. Imagine if I had a serious blockage. Doc rarely spends time with patients and will almost certainly be meeting with his nurse or PA. I don't expect a red carpet but the patient service here is non-existent.
His PA Jackie did an outstanding job.
Dr. Jyoti Mohanty is to be highly commended for the way he handles his work responsibilities. I can tell that he cares about his job and about the people who depend on him. Dr. Mohanty was exemplary as was his P A Jackie. His efforts and talents have contributed to my immediate needs and satisfaction. His office staff are nice, friendly and on top of things.
