Terrible service. I have been waiting for over a week for a simple prescription refill to be sent to my pharmacy.
Dr. Joudeh is a very caring and compassionate doctor. In a healthcare system where 'speed doctoring' ranks as the new norm, Dr. Joudeh takes the time to listen to concerns, answer questions and provide thoughtful feedback and professional care. Appointment times can overlap, but it's always worth the occasional wait to know that my doctor is truly attentive to my health concerns.
Dr. Joudeh is an amazing doctor. He actually takes his time with you and truly cares. Yes, there can be wait times, but that’s because he doesn’t rush his patients. He sits with you, listens, and makes sure all of your concerns are addressed, which is rare these days. You never feel like just another number. When you have questions, he makes sure they’re answered, and even when you call the office to ask something for him, the response is quick. That alone says a lot. Some have complained about his wait times. I find his wait times to be typical of most (not all) doctors. Also, his wait times are worth it because he actually takes his time to thoroughly explain things to you in detail. He will even pull up information to support what he's conveying to you. He's very courteous and will apologize for keeping u waiting, but he won't make ur visit with him feel rushed as most doctors do. I highly recommend him if ur looking for a polite and thorough doctor.
