Dr. Wazzan was excellent. He listened carefully, explained his thinking and the procedure thoroughly, took all the time we needed to answer questions, and was very warm and friendly with my brother, who has Down Syndrome.
Dr. Wazzan took the time to fully explain the procedure he uses to perform an ablation for atrial fibrillation and why it minimizes the probability of the patient's needing a second ablation. This was extremely important to me because some my friends as well as family members have had ablations for afib and most have needed two ablations to get better. I came away feeling like I mattered as a patient, which has become rare because of the time constraints that are imposed by medical organizations on doctors.
Received a very thorough cardio-monitor test result evaluation and recommendation for intervention. Dr Wazzan answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I am pleased with the care that he has provided. I recommend that you consider him for cardiac care.
