Staff incompetent. Poor communication. The front staff kept going back and forth saying they called, but thanks to tech it monitors all calls and vm and there were none. They said they couldn't get me in for a procedure because the insurance couldn't find me in the system. That was a lie. I had been using insurance and even used at their office and have bills to show it. Then they say they had to get it authorized but later said oh no, it doesn't need authorization.
