First visit forms 8/6/24. Wanted my wife to sign a form allowing the Dr to try to sell her herbs. Sorry, she wants a Western medicine Dr. not a Witch Dr. Another form was to not take the Dr. to a jury trial. This one set off red flags for me and my wife. Has he been to a jury trial?
