I was a patient of Dr. Ali for almost 2 years. I had a change in coverage a couple of months back and I had to change my PCP. Even if I was still with my previous insurance I would not recommend Dr. Ali and his team. There is no sense of urgency with him nor the rest of the NPs. Front desk is very unhelpful and rude when you're trying the get info about a referral. There were times where I had waited almost 2 months for an MRI and I had called every other day to see what was going on and why it was taking so long and I got t... read more
I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist. I followed up for over two weeks regarding a referral to a neurosurgeon, and nothing was done unless I repeatedly contacted them. They were not proactive or on top of their responsibilities. Do not expect tasks to be completed promptly, you may have to wait weeks and follow up multiple times to get anything done.
