Dr. Kahn is amazing. He literally saved my life. I was diagnosed with Epilepsy by another neurologist, she either quit or was fired but when I went in for my follow-up appointment the office advised she was no longer there. Mind you I was going to her for over a year and wasn't given the consideration of being contacted or referred to another physician. I looked up Dr Kahn and he went to work immediately. Dr. Mohammed Khan is an excellent doctor, in my experience he's been kind, patient and attentive, and he's very flexible with his patient's needs. It is, however, nearly impossible to get a hold of his front desk staff by phone. It's always difficult getting them to answer the pharmacy or myself if I need medication refills, and I was supposed to be scheduled for two seperate tests before seeing him again, which were never set up. I've been a patient of Dr. Mohammed B Khan for close to 12 years now, and I highly recommend him. He first diagnosed my seizure disorder in hospital, as an adult, and would visit me every day, twice a day, to be sure I was tolerating and responding well to my treatments. Since then, I have continued to be a patient of his for his professionalism, kindness, compassion, and understanding. I visited Dr Khan on 8/5/24 The receptionist set up an appointment for 9/5/24 for an EMG and also gave me a slip of paper with 2 boxes checked off. Sleep study and an MRI. They told me after pre authorization I should be notified. Today is day 19 I called my insurance and the Doctors office never called them for pre authorization for all 3 tests. I called the office back and they didn't even have my appointment in the system for 9/5/24 for the EMG yet they wrote the date and time on the slip and on the appointment card they ... read more
