Poorly managed my mother concerning her Afib. Never attempted or offered an Ablation therapy or watchman device. Insisted only a pacemaker and various drugs. Office staff terrible at San Jose office. I wasn’t even notified when my moms insurance was no longer accepted by his practice. I called in for meds and pacemaker update and was told they no longer service her she will need to find a new cardiologist. Lol, what a joke.
Very rude staff also it was months in between appointments then they cancelled my appointment with no notification wasted six months with no treatment
WOW, im very shocked to see. I am reading and coming across on here. I just started with him. But so far the staff has been nothing but pleasant. And very personable under a nerve-wracking circumstances about my heart. After reading what you guys have posted. I truly hope nothing changes.
Get yourself new staff, very unorganized, rude and simply unprofessional. Very sad for a doctors office.
