Terrible experience. This doctor has a reputation for having a rough bedside manner, but Dr. Barawi was completely unprofessional. He basically said that all my GI issues were in my head. Also, that I have a hiatal hernia, but he told me it was useless at my ‘young’ age to get it fixed. It turned out that I have autoimmune inflammation in my gut that was greatly helped by a biologic. Dr. Bawari takes his time with you, thoroughly answers your questions, when you leave his office you understand your condition and concerns and is very professional . I highly recommend him. His staff is very friendly.
