From even scheduling the appointment up until now, this has been a horrible, unprofessional experience. The ladies at the front desk were very rude and short tempered. The doctor was pleasant when meeting with him but only spent about 10 minutes in the room . I was given incorrect lab work at first and go resent for tests. I was never given results and after contacting the office multiple times I have not heard back from the doctor or his staff. It has been going on 2 months now. PITIFUL.
He performed a colonoscopy. Afterwards he met with me and explained to me what he had done a gave me photograph showing it. An office visit was scheduled and he explained the seriousness of what he had found and set a time for my next visit, 5 years. I appreciate how he treated me after the procedure and the time he spent with me immediately following the procedure and in the follow up visit.
The experience is that after numerous visits and procedures, he still could not diagnosis. Moved on to a new gastro doctor and one procedure and on my way to being healthy.
Good knowledgeable doctor, but not enough time in office or spent with patients.
