I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Ahmed To Refill my son’s medicine. Before his appointment they sent us links to fill out two different questionnaires. One was a psych evaluation, and the other was obviously insurance payment history, and all of that. In total it was around 100 pages of documents. His staff has the worst attitudes! They ignore you while you are present, don't greet you at all, set up and make you pay for unnecessary appts, then they speak so rudely. I hate having to come here. The doctors are genuinely nice and caring the front desk staff and those answering the phones, are the absolute worst!!! I'm leaving this practice.

Didn’t even see them and I could tell they were the absolute worst. They canceled my appt that had been scheduled for one week on Friday afternoon because they don’t take my insurance which is not what they told me when they originally made my appt. They were quick to take my credit card info for the “$150 deposit” though. The customer service is garbage and Nancy the manager and all her employees are rude and careless. Find another doctor for your own sake.
