Mom passed and I needed information on how or if I needed to return the monitor that went with her pacemaker. There is an equipment department that did not return calls. When I finally got someone on the phone, I got two different stories - one I did not have to do anything, and one to call the manufacturer. No "our condolences" ever said. Doctor may be great but staff lacking empathy.
I saw Dr. Habibi for the first time this week and was really impressed. He took the time to listen and explain everything clearly, even using graphs and notes to help me understand. He’s knowledgeable and treated me like an equal, not just a patient. I really appreciated how he made sure I understood my condition and options. He made me feel confident and cared for. Highly recommend!
