Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a healthcare provider. The doctor was blatantly disrespectful and dismissive; he wouldn’t even take the time to listen to my concerns. I left the appointment feeling unheard, frustrated, and completely disregarded. I ultimately had to switch doctors because I no longer felt safe or confident in his care. I have been a longtime patient since 2010. Having a myriad of issues ranging from early dementia (45yrs), to spinal cord injury & a seizure disorder. So you can see, not your textbook case of anything. I’ve read some patients complain about waiting for appointments. They should take that as sign that Dr. Shoari is good at what he does & in high demand! Come with a list of questions, he always answered all mine. I NEVER felt rushed. Dr Shoari truly cares about what he does and takes the time to make you feel like you matter! An important quality to have as a Doctor
Dr. Shoari sucks! He encouraged me to get a hand scan for some carpal tunnel issues I was having, after the scan he said "you have carpal tunnel" then hit me with a $1,500 bill after my copay and insurance were taken day of the appt.
I have been seeing Dr.Shoari for about 5 years or more, I was constantly having migraines and upper back and neck pain, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I have had numerous MRI’S I can honestly say that Dr Shoari has been great through it all, very absorbed in the care he has given me. I would recommend him as a neurologist to anyone
