I have to give middle of the road review here. I called to have an initial conversation and was simply told nothing could be done without a Primary Care referral. While I understand that might be the process, but there was nothing welcoming about that information or any further information shared. I would have loved someone saying “thanks for considering us, here’s what we can do and how to proceed.” Our situation is hard enough and resources are scarce. Some empathy would have been nice.

This place is where you want to be if your loved one is having memory issues. They are very caring and knowledgeable, and take their time with you. The receptionists and nurses alone were fantastic! They made my loved one feel comfortable and kept her smiling. Dr Doohan is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever come across. He is down to earth, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients. I can’t sing his praises enough! So glad we found such an amazing place to take our loved one.
