After my most recent appointment with Dr. Munir, when I went to the pharmacy, they told me he hadn't send in my prescriptions. I called the receptionist at his office and they assured me it would be taken care of that day. Well, it wasn't, so I called again the next week, again, I was assured it would be taken car of immediately, but I'm still waiting. I've called five times so far, each time I've been told "we'll get right on it". Its absolutely unprofessional of them to not send in a prescription when they said they would.... read more
