Very compassionate, open to 2nd 3rd and beyond opinions, collaborative with other doctors and people in my medical team. Actively listens to my concerns while educating me on treatments and different things that I need to know to make educated decisions about my health
Chisti is great himself. Been with him since I have a PE in 2018. My issue is with the office staff. They are dismissive and cancel appointments when you ask to change them to virtual. Not telling you that your appointment is cancelled until you inquire after your appointment time that the office didn’t tell you wasn’t a thing anymore. They also were not apologetic when I explained I can’t wait around all day for a call after hours when it was never communicated that I would get a call over 4 hours later, maybe.
