Dr. Kamran was very thorough with his testing, and listened and took an extensive history. While rheumatology is probably not where I need to be atm, he was able to recommend a doctor who should be able to help and gave me a referral for possible dysautonomia (the symptoms seem to fit). Other doctors I had seen were confused that it isn't the 1800's anymore and that hysteria is not an actual diagnosis, and had offered me antidepressants which was so h e l p f u l. I have been very impressed with Dr. Kamrans knowledge and his professionalism. He has taken the time to teach me a great deal about my illness. It seems that so many health professionals don't educate their patients about their disease process anymore. He and his staff are friendly and very helpful. I would recommend him to everyone.
