Didn't get enough sedation for colonoscopy. I was told to relax but I could feel everything. Got the strength to scream so they would stop. The staff didn't seem to be bothered by it. Just got a new referral to this dr 4 years later. Heck NO!!!
Dr. Shakfeh is a very nice doctor! He took time to listen to my concerns and gave me suggestions, very professional and caring!And the supporting staff are excellent! Especially manager Amal, she is amazing! Thank you for having helped me! Dr. Shakfeh gives patients not only good treatments, but also hopes of life. I strongly recommend Dr. Shakfeh!
.... Every time I've had a consultation with Dr. Shakfeh he has consistently been quite a professional, as well as a gentleman.
Greeted right away with a smile and informed doctor with be with you shortly!! Dr. Shakfeh came to waiting room and took me to patient room for appointment. Explained procedure in detail and took time to listen to me my concerns! Back staff was very friendly, helpful in scheduling my procedure and prep details before procedure!
I've already recommended him since my first, and subsequent visits. This Doctor is the best I've seen in years (and I don't like Dr.'s much). He's knowledgeable, and explains everything step by step and makes sure you fully understand. I only wish he was my primary! He truly listens.
He is very nice doctor.If you need anything he personally calls you and answers all your concerns.Also, if you need a quick appointment they find one for you. His stuff are welling to hear you,and very nice. Thank you Dr.Shakfeh for taking care of me.
I have been a patient of Dr. Shakfeh for at least 5 years.throughout that time I feel that we have built a trusting relationship in respect to my medical care and treatment.Im alive today and in better health because of his dedication and attention to detail.I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Shakeh and his surrounding supporting staff.
His office staffs are super unprofessional. Especially the manager 'Amal', don't know what she's doing. She thinks she is a doctor but not. My wife had an EGD procedure with Dr. Shakfeh and after the EGD she got super sick, so I called to doctor office to discuss with Dr. Shakfeh but office staffs are refusing me to talk to Dr. Shakfeh then at the end manager Amal came on the phone & saying your wife sickness wasn't caused by EGD maybe something else so take her to the ER..... OMG !!!
This DR is the one that knew what to do when others didn't. He had saved my life in 2013 after 4 others thought I was faking it! What a wonderful caring and compassionate manner he has. He just helped me again this week and I wouldn't have gone to any other Dr for help.He will always be my favorite "belly" doctor.
