No way to get in contact to reschedule an appointment due to their answering system. I guess people there do not like to use phones. left 3 messages, waited for 10 days, no one returned my calls. if they are too busy why do they accept new patients?
Extremely difficult to get in contact with due to their answering system. I've been trying to get in contact with them because of a missed call & even after calling 2 minutes later to get another callback, it takes hours or even days for them to call back. I just have a couple of questions regarding a new medication I've been given by my other doctor to see if it's safe for me to take before my procedure & now I have to stop taking my medication until I get a call from them & now my health is being negatively affected. Surgeon did surgery and mess the patient up. Office staff is very rude so a complaint and law suit will be filed
