Absolutely, the top pulmonary doctor
Waited two months for a community care referral appointment from the VA. This office called me to reschedule as they said they would not have the lung function test available that day. We moved the appointment up by a week which was good. When I was called back I was informed that someone had broken machine the day before and I ended up blowing into a laptop.
