Requires totally unnecessary appointments. I can only assume it’s a “money thing” or maybe Ephraim McDowell in general. I needed to schedule a mammogram but they require an “order” from primary care doctor. I called Dr. Shahzad’s office and asked if they would order one. I was put on hold, nurse came back and said Dr. Shahzad said I needed to come in for a referral. Awesome if you wish to wait at least an hour past your appointment time for him to barely give you two minutes. Doesn't care about your issues, just wants to move on to the patients
He listens to me and helps fix the problem. The wait is usually a little more than I like. I just prepare for that!
