I have been a loyal patient at Dr. Farid’s for many years. I was shocked and disheartened to get a letter in the mail canceling me as a patient because I had to move 2 appts. One appt was moved when we got hit with a snowstorm, businesses were shutting down everywhere that day. The second was due to having strep throat. No stars to give. And it’s because the receptionist is absolutely a HORRIBLE person. On my consultation appointment one week ago, this woman was rude to everyone that came through the door. Apparently she did not like it when I let her know how rude she was being. I had my next appointment yesterday. When she asked for my name, she told me I did not have an appointment. Dr. Farid and his entire team are absolutely wonderful! My son was referred to another dentist but couldn’t get an appointment for months. I decided to call around myself and found Dr. Farid, and I’m so glad I did. Within just two weeks, he was able to see my son and completely fix the issue. The experience was so positive that I switched my other three kids to his practice as well. Dr. Farid and his staff are kind, professional, and great with children. Great experience The dentist is awesome. He did a great job on fixing my tooth and very professional. I highly recommend him.
Dr Farid himself is awesome ,kind , gentle & extremely competent. It’s a shame his receptionist is going to ruin his name if he doesn’t soon realize she’s seemingly sabatoging his entire practice with her incompetence and by being extremely disrespectful to patients.
