The first visit went well. After that, his team I couldn't get ahold of, if it be on mychart or calling. I couldn't get ahold of the doctor. I didn't see him on surgery day. My team for surgery was rude, and didn't do majority of what i asked, so i ended up having subluxations. I ended up with a rash due to allergies that they ignored in my chart from tape used. The Surgeon is great! He is very kind. Knowledgeable. Listens. And acts fast on the problem(s). He truly is a great surgeon! 5 stars ! The staff? To schedule is a NIGHTMARE! They never respond back to portal messages. They call back days later. If that, then you have to call them repeatedly to get ahold of someone! The staff is terrible. If you can handle them, then I recommend Dr. Zayed.
Save yourself time and money and seek care elsewhere! The doctor himself was kind and professional. The office staff however was such a headache. Communication was poor and they proved unable to communicate with insurance and patient over and over again. Including coding issues and weeks without call backs. Now I have paid for testing and office visit and have to repeat it all due to the office staffs inability. I’ll be seeking care elsewhere.
Dr. Zayed is an amazing surgeon, and an amazing human. Expect exceptional treatment and exemplary demeanor.
