Office has canceled appointments twice without notifying patient. Dr. Fayed told patient he was scheduling her for a CT scan and a lung function test. Neither were scheduled. Tried to call office multiple times, but there is never an answer and they will not return phone calls. Patients daughter had to physically go to the office, in order get any answers.
