Dr Elmassry is professional, knowledgeable, listens and explains information. The appointment was appreciated from initially arriving throught out. Taylor, Dr E's nurse was attentive augmented the appointment by greeting warmly conveyed confidence and expertise. Greatful for Dr E's practice. Getting older is a knew experience. It helps to have first hand knowledgeable medical connection!
Appreciated the extra time he and his assistant spent with me. He explained the reasons regarding the next steps in my care. I appreciate that very much.
The staff are caring and the Dr. E actually listens to my concerns regarding treatment. They are thorough with their diagnostics and care.

Check in was very efficient, I did most of it on line preceding visit. Appointment was at 8:40, did not see Dr until 9:30, not sure why the delay. I appreciated Dr. Elmassry’s complete and concise explanations of my testing and consideration of my concerns. Nurse, Taylor was also great. She picked up on some of my concerns as well and repeated information to insure I was clear on treatment plan going forward.
