Dr Eloubeidi and staff have absolutely been the BEST and still helping me try to find the right medicine for me. Very professional and friendly! Would recommend anyone at least try them!
Today my husband saw Dr Eloubeidi at the Surgery Center in Oxford for 2 procedures. While there at 5:30 a.m. as I am taking my husband in the doors I did not feel well my heart was acting up. Once he was situated and prep for his procedures the nurse asked if I was feeling ok. I was not ok but I really didn’t want to hinder the tests my husband needed to have. I had a billing question related to an upcoming appointment, and both their Billing Manager and Office Manager were wonderful. It literally only took one call...spoke with both managers on the same call. They made it easy....before I called, I was worried I'd be stuck in an endless loop of the robo-systems and AI that everybody seems to use these days (let's just say I haven't always had the best experience with other practices in the past)..but nope...no robots, no AI, and all it took was one call and two caring and helpful... read more

I’d rate Dr. Eloubeidi 100 stars if I could. After years of chronic issues, Dr. Eloubeidi was able to determine I have EOE. I’ve had 2 endoscopies this year alone, and both times he’s stretched my esophagus. If I’ve ever had any issues or complications, Dr. Eloubeidi has personally contacted me to help.
