I had a technical billing problem with my medical insurance company (Aetna) which I tried to diligently correct in good faith for more than a year. Dr. Zeineddin and his office staff misled me by saying they would assist me to take care of it - I just needed them to resubmit the bill one more time to the insurance company. Instead, they refused to do it and now I am in Collections because of this. I am quite upset with Ascension and Dr. Zeineddin. I would recommend trying to find someone with better customer service!
