Saw these guys in the hospital twice both Dr Adam and Rachael. Called them once discharged and scheduled an appointment only for them to call back and cancel because they want a referral. I’ll find another clinic and the other Google reviews point me in the same direction. It’s unfortunate because I liked them both when I saw them in-patient.
The only time I have been to a pain therapist, I was in bad discomfort from Spinal Stenosis diagnosis after the one treatment I am feeling much,much better and in much less time that I was told. Thanks Doc . MICKEY BRITTON
I was not a patient but trying to be one. The person answering the phone was no help at all, with me trying to jump through hoops. She was absolutely worthless to be answering the phone. I’m in much pain and her phone etiquette was off the charts unacceptable.
We had a deeply concerning experience with Dr. Azzam in Pain Management involving our 88-year-old disabled mother. During consultation, a procedure was discussed and we were told it would be scheduled. It was not scheduled. Poor staff communication aside, bedside manner is awful. Very little compassion or empathy. Offered my wife one medically inappropriate option (wife is also a doctor) and no other plan. When we declined, told that's all he had and we could take it or leave it. We left it. And you should, too. Find another pain management doctor.
