⭐ ONE STAR — EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE I would never return to this doctor’s office, nor would I recommend this practice to anyone else. One of the best pain management ever. Highly recommended Dr Azzam
Saw Dr. in hospital and followed up a month after I went through pain meds and he refused to see me with out any explanation. Don’t go here.
I was denied treatment because Azzam first said people had allergies, then, after another patient said "that is an ADA violation" rather loudly - He came back out and told me he was afraid of the dog and he would not see me with the dog. The dog is certified for public access and safe.
Saw these guys in the hospital twice both Dr Adam and Rachael. Called them once discharged and scheduled an appointment only for them to call back and cancel because they want a referral. I’ll find another clinic and the other Google reviews point me in the same direction. It’s unfortunate because I liked them both when I saw them in-patient.
