Dr Foad has helped me through many different and challenging situations. Everything from carpal tunnel, trigger finger, and even a cmc arthroplasty. Never once was my pain, worries or issues dismissed. Always laid out multiple treatments options. Never the Dr who is going to be in and out and not fully discuss things. He truly cares about all his patients. Will not leave you high and dry. Wants to find out what’s truly wrong with you. He very much understands that if you are coming to him that it’s for a reason. His PA Ryan ... read more
Amazing doctor with both fantastic interpersonal skills and medical skills. He knows his expertise and is humble enough to admit when he doesn’t know something. He gives and accurate assessment and fair prognosis, including the unknowns. I had surgery to fix an arthritic thumb joint and he was professional but caring throughout the entire process, from diagnosis to pre appt to surgery and post appt. His staff is knowledgeable and professional as well. He never talked down to me and listened to all my concerns. He is my favor... read more
He was rude, short, condescending and generally not helpful. He didn’t schedule a follow up and basically blew me off without any help.
I wish all doctors were as kind and compassionate as Dr. Foad. He took his time talking and listening to make sure he understood my symptoms and making sure I had all questions answered. I am truly impressed by what he had to say and how he communicated with me.
Probably the best bedside manner of and Physician that I have ever been to. On 12/09/2020 I had an appointment with Dr. Foad. He spoke to me as if I were a human being and even broke down the medical garble into understandable non-Doctor terms so that I could understand and easily relate what he was talking about. His PA was also very good as well. I can unequivocally, and without any reservation what-so-ever, HIGHLY recommend this Physician to anyone needing to see an Ortho! We, as patients, tend to only write bad reviews w... read more
Dr. Foad is THE BEST! He's skilled, compassionate, patient, listens well, is interested and is personable.
Dr. Foad takes the time to understand the problem as well as explain treatment in a way that is understandable. Procedures are done with precision and he is very careful to update family members promptly and make sure they understand what’s been done and after care as well. I have worked with Dr. Foqd multiple times and he has consistently done a great job.
Dr. Foad is one of the kindest and knowledgeable doctors I have met. I went to two different doctors to diagnose what was wrong with my painful and swollen index finger. Dr. Foad spent considerable time getting to the cause of the problem. I am happy to say I am pain free now and able to use my finger and close my hand again! I would highly recommend Dr. Food to anyone with hand issues.
Excellent doctor. Great communication. He explained to me what was causing my pain and decreased function. Dr Foad throroughly reviewed my options and was clear with expectations after surgery. I highly recommend Dr Foad and Beacon Orthopaedics.
