I lost the transmission in my truck on a Friday after hours, they not only towed it to their shop but arranged a rental car for me and took me to the rental company (Dales) also stayed after hours to get me back on the road. Diagnosed the problem Monday morning and had my transmission replaced and ready to go Wednesday morning. Excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience.
As for everyone, even for me, there is always room for improvement. I believe I received some of the best care and felt that the competency of Mogul's Auto Repair was exceptional! I was referred to them and am very happy with the work done with my truck and the help and advice I was given from the receptionist and the technician, I believe his name was Tony, I am sorry if I got that wrong. I will return!
