My car broke down 2 hrs away from home. They towed it to their shop and had it repaired the next day. Great staff and service!

Terrible experience. I took my van in for an oil change. They tightened the oil filter too tight and broke the housing. They wanted to charge me $1200 to fix the problem they created saying it was a "known issue" with the Caravan. If it is a known issue, extra care should have been taken during the service. I'm very disappointed in both the customer service and the way I was treated. There was no apology, no accountability and no remorse for the poor job that was done.
Jeff was a great help when my pickup needed a tow on a Saturday. And the shop was great on Monday locating the parts needed for repair and the bill was what they said it would be. Nice to know there are some of the mom and pops shops left in the world.
