Very nice organization to interact with; however, there are a few opportunities for improvement with the units and common areas of this organization’s 5920 N Kenmore holdings: 1.) pests (roaches) common in common areas and units 2.) elevator inspection certificate displayed in one of the elevators is out of date and only was provisionally certified previously 3.) rats have been spotted several times in the parking lot under the building 4.) occasionally, the organization has trouble keeping track of any rental payments made ... read more
My mother viewed this apartment and there were about a hundred dead cockroaches laying around. They didn’t even try to clean the apartment after the former tenant left because it was very obvious the kitchen needed to be mopped. I’d be surprised if they tried to clean it at all.
