Clean, towel service, polite clientele
2 floors with full basketball court and 2 large activity rooms. A good assortment of instructor-led classes. And saunas!
Great crew
Marie the personal trainer really cares about the people that train with her. She helps spot erroneous and she does really hardworking classes, visit her class on Thursdays at 5:45!
Rosemary Wills is the best Zumba teacher EVER! Love her!
The sour dough bread is delicious! Make sure you get one.
Wear deodorant! Please!!!!
Day pass is $15. Great if you're looking for high end club. Provides lockers, towels, etc...
A beautiful facility with friendly staff and great amenities, including an outdoor lap pool and a full basket ball court. Spacious with plenty of new machines and stations and never crowded.
