Our family's pets have been patients of MRVC for decades. My wife and I rescued a kitten that showed up at my office at the cold beginning of December. The kitten ended up having no health problems (no worms, etc.) based on the initial exam at MRVC. Despite the kitten's good health, we have been charged $435 by MRVC in the past month to spay and vaccinate this rescue kitten. In light of the necessary changes mandated by Governor Ivey that go into effect Saturday, March 28th at 5 pm, we wanted to update you on our status. Our goal is to decrease transmission and to preserve the dwindling supply of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) .
