RecommendedUnable to turn the water off completely with my bathtub, called Tom Moffett plumbing and they were out the same day. Because I have an older home the plumbing was difficult to work with and Nate Murphy persisted with it until he was able to replace the fixtures. He did a great job.
Brian Rowles came out really fast. The entire experience was great.
Jonathan came out as scheduled and with Vinnie did an outstanding job of fixing our major pipe failure and installing our new hot water heater. They were extremely careful and respectful of our home. They were both meticulous in the quality of work that they did. We had changed from a gas to an electric hot water heater and they honored their quote even though the installation took much longer than anticipated. We would highly recommend Moffett Plumbing.
Scott and John arrived on time. Walked with me to the areas I was concerned about. Scott explained everything before and after repairs were made. Scott made several suggestions to help keep the cost down. He gave me us several options to chose from with pricing differences. Both Scott and John were polite . They cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant and personable. Definitely a good experience. An after thought.......I liked receiving a photo of the tech and his name prior to arrival.
I have used Tom Moffett a number of times; they have been timely, professional and thorough in resolving the issue and as well providing consultation on future repairs!

Everyone who has worked on my house remodel are professional experts. Today Adam put in the connection for the sink along with the faucet and garbage disposal. Tomorrow my appliances arrive and Adam and Kevin will oversee and participate in the installation.
