They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible Has this psychiatrist ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this psychiatrist's office? They were average

The office was easy enough to find. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this psychiatrist's office? They were average Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
