We went on a 45 mile roadtrip from the east valley just to eat here. The food and employees are awesome. hope to see one built in the east valley soon.
Tried Moe's for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. The customer service I received was 10 out of 10. The employee was very patient and gave us great recommendations. A lot of people compare Moe's to Chipotle but I would compare it more to Freebirds World Burritos. Moe's food seems very buildable so there really isn't a stand out ingredient but all together it works very well. Also most things come with free chips and salsa so that's a great surprise. Everything was reasonably priced.
I used to live on the east coast, so seeing a Moe's here in AZ was a bit of nostalgia. The good ended there. We got a steak and chicken bowl and a cup of queso. Very little meat and the steak was bland. Worse than bland. It tasted like meat that was cooked days prior and was reheated. Absolutely not worth the $40 it cost either. Just another subpar food joint in Goodyear. Save your money, go somewhere else.
