Stood in line 30 mins. Only the one person ahead of us! Seriously!!!! What the heck. Never went BK!! The second employee shows up 1 hr late. So poorly run! We left. There were 10 ppl behind us. Some of them left as well!
This place has steadily gone downhill to the point it’s not worth going to anymore. Unfriendly unprofessional staff that doesn’t even try. Skip this place. It gives Moe’s a bad name
My gut feeling says I should’ve walked away, I have yet to eat the food and I don’t know if I will. The beans containers look like they’ve been reused for a month with the amount of caked on beans on the sides. The lettuce look like it was all wilting, the guacamole on the outside was crusty. Some of the chicken looked like it was cooked in the morning and been under the heat lamp all day. There were flies flying around all the open food. Amazing atmosphere, came in and was immediately treated like family. Cross and piper greated me with a warm smile and asked me how my day was going. I asked for extra meat and got a nice serving size, it’s very clear the manager here has trained the workers well and the burrito was wrapped perfectly. The drink area and condiment section were cleaned and well managed. Bathrooms were also very clean. 10/10 experience would return again
