Due to the Moe's close to us closing down we drove to this location for our mom & son day out for dinner. When we walked in we were greeted with a big "welcome to Moe's!!" My son was so excited!! We were there on 7/27/26@7:00pm. The young lady & guy was really helpful and kind. I did get to get there names.😢 Keep up the great customer service!!!!!! 💯

I've been a loyal Moe's customer for many years, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. When I arrived, the entire self-serve sauce station was empty. The trays were gone, and I was told that all of the sauces were out of stock. After asking, an employee was able to provide some from bottles kept in the kitchen, but customers shouldn't have to ask just to get the sauces that are normally available. let me start this by saying I’ve been an avid customer of this Moe’s since it opened. There is lovely staff and the food was amazing. I’ve always ordered on the online app and have over 5,000 points. So why the two star rating? Lately, everything just sucks. I order from Moe’s regularly so I’ve been able to notice the subtle degrading in quality. Smaller portions, less flavorful food, all minor issues. Then it turned into missing ingredients, ingredients that I paid for like guacamole or queso. Today was the last straw. I us... read more
