The food is not good. The steak is too salty, the chips taste like old oil, and rice is crunchy. I have no idea why this location is so undermanaged.
The quality at this restaurant has diminished drastically. Why is the steak sitting in water/juice? And it has absolutely no flavor. Horrible! Also, the rock and roll hot sauce is not hot and lacks any flavor. Although this location is closer, I'll continue to go to the one on east blvd. The employees here aren't even friendly here. I've been coming to moes for over 15 years (overall) and the quality continues to decline. The steak has changed 3 or 4 times, each time getting worse. The girl with the piercings that served me was extremely rude.. she made me feel rushed and acted like I was a nuisance and like I was inconveniencing her by asking her if she could show me the different sizes of the tortillas (I dont have much money a the moment and I wanted to see if a kid’s burrito would be better because I cant eat much) when I sat down to eat I overheard her telling another employee very loudly that I asked her to show me the different sizes of the burrito and was annoyed by that.
