We just ordered 2 homewreckers and they taste like the home was wrecked! I don't know, I shouldn't have ordered anything. I just got the vibe that things and people weren't as clean as they could be and when I ate the food, that thought reflected it. Lukewarm food, veggies cooked too long, the rice didn't taste like chipotle-lime, the guacamole looked 5 minutes away from oxidation and everything lacked flavor. Food is always great here. The service is basically a roller coaster usually great but some times you have people with no enthusiasm. Atmosphere is like most American fast food restaurants. It does not stand out.
I am a very supportive customer of Moe’s. However, this vendor location (it is not a full service or publicly accessible) has consistent quality issues. I have informed the Management of the Food Services, and also Moe’s Corporate. Consistently the chips have been overcooked and inedible. I have now also experienced a very bad Chicken Burrito Bowl - which had barely warm chicken that did not seem to be cooked as throughly as other Moes chicken I have had.
