We placed an online order to be picked up. Ordered was to be ready at 4:55pm. Came into the store at 4:57pm did not leave the store until 5:30pm. This is absolutely unacceptable. We only ordered 3 burritos. Nothing complicated. The store was not busy at all. Next time we will gladly spend our time and money elsewhere.
Today April 6th 2026 at 6pm the entire staff on duty needs to go for additional training and customer service training.
Clean and never busy. However very Stingy on the servings/ portions. For the upcharges to add anything additional it’s definitely not worth what’s being charged. Any other Moes I’ve been to you would receive at least double the amount of food as you do at this location. Not sure if this is being taught during training, but seems to be an ongoing issue at this location.
My stack was only roasted on one side (barely). They will absolutely short you on chips when you order 2 entrees online. Picked up 2 minutes party the scheduled pickup time and it was already cold. I'll be skipping this place for a while
