just spent $20 on food here and wasn’t even able to finish half of it before both feeling sick to my stomach and also finding A HAIR in my food. Absolutely disgusting. This place used to be decent
Came to Moes at 1pm on a Sunday. Ordered bowls, chips, queso, and the dipper to try all the food options they had. Chips were cold and pretty stale, yet place was somewhat busy. No excuse. Rice and pinto beans were undercooked, rice was slightly too dry for comfort. Queso was hot but not great flavor. I really enjoy stopping here whenever I'm craving a quick, customizable burrito or some fresh nachos. The food is always prepared exactly how I like it, and the upbeat atmosphere makes it a fun place to grab a casual meal on the go.
Received the wrong portion of my order despite ordering ahead. I had placed an order ahead of time so I wouldn't have to wait. I arrive at the location just before my scheduled pick-up time and when I arrive the order isn't ready. It takes almost 20 minutes just to receive my item and when I receive it I get a missing item/someone else's order. What's the point or ordering ahead if I'm not going to receive the items I paid for?
